PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Designed for applications covering aerial, buried and underground locations. Filled with sealant ensuring performance in the most stringent environmental conditions. The connector can provide total environmental sealing around IDC-contacts.

The filling compound is prepared from fully synthetic dimethyl silicone fluid. All material is suitable for operation with maximum temperature up to 70 degrees C .

Meets both the Basic Insulation test applicable to Mains (1500V ac rms), and also the reinforced insulation test (3000V ac rms). The crimps are therefore acceptable for use for mains voltages up to 250V ac rms, when used with insulated wire that is adequately rated for Mains voltages.
